My name is Carolina, I am a Holistic Spiritual Counseling Coach. My desire is to help find YOU and the balance you need in your life.
It is normal to feel "stuck" at times. Life is beautiful but it is also complex, however, with the right person by your side, it is simpler and more enjoyable to navigate. As a caring professional, I want to be that person for you. Together we can find ways to overcome what holds you back from peace and joy. This is best done with a holistic approach as mind, body and soul can then restore their natural balance.
It takes real courage to take this first step to find emotional support. Sharing our intimate world with a stranger can make us feel uncomfortable. This is why it is important that you look for a professional you can fully trust.

ABOUT ME
I majored in Psychology at Endicott College in Massachusetts in 2006. In 2008 I got a Life Coaching certification at Newfield Network in Reston Virginia, and just recently I got a certification as a Counsellor of Intimacy in Relationships. I use an integrated and holistic approach, taking advantage of my different skills. But beyond any title or credential, I am just another human being like you in the continuous process of finding myself.
